I looked and he didnt seem to be at War with anyone

I guess I would simply "question" him having:

98 Calvary

57 Cannon

66 Musketmen

74 Ship of the Line..all hid and loaded with units?

I can't remember of any war so far. At least not with the Canadians (that's me), which share one continent with the Americans (nothing new for you, I guess ) and are located south of the Americans (THAT's something new, isn't it ).

If we need more players, give ken/horned frog one of the better vacant civs, he had taken some poor ones and does not want another, who can blame him. also if we need more players we can try nukeboy and thehappies. that should be enough to get it running again.
However one small glitch, ken/horned frog will be going on vacation until the 15th. he might play a few turns during that time and he might not too.
