I'll do screen shots next game with the yes or no not there but instead "tga000034" or "disbanding will cause you to lose city" instead of the yes or no

now they come up in the oft games on a regular basis

then occassionally in other games

my pc is a fresh install and no modifications just the oft 2

I spoke on this issue with several whom had experienced same symptons

You will continue to receive these messages whether you're going to have a mod/scenario installed or not. This has to do with altered text files that come from mods, scenarios or localized versions installed in other players' computers. This is a PBEM/Hotseat specific issue (not sure about online games, haven't seen it there before) and has probably to do with strings in these text files, passed from player to player. This problem was even worse some time ago when several players had localized versions installed and you could get several messages in French or German
