I am really interested in seeing what techs people will choose. It certainly will make this game quite interesting. I expect to see some very unexpected things (did that make sense?)

Atm I have no clue what to choose as first tech. Seems like I have to go through the whole tech tree again and analyze different scenarios...

I don't mind much about other settings, and I'm not in a position to test the scenario right now (just reinstalled Windows...).

I have a couple of interesting ideas for tech choices .

I suggest that whoever makes the game uses, in place of email addresses, something like "OFT_English", etc. That helps to prevent you getting many turns with the same name and stops things getting silly if anyone is replaced.

i strongly agree with J.Bytheway about the email addresses, though giving the nickname of the player in it might be a good idea too, e.g. "OFT_Math_Germans" or so...

Still have to give the scenario a try. I think he had 'OFT_Spanish' instead of also the player name just in case someone is replaced.
I would like to be Aragorn of Germans. About the government question, I will have to try it out some and see.

yes, but its still easier WITH the name before someone is replaced. after that you can identify the player by nation.

from my experience you usually need a seperate player address list for multiplayer games anyway, so mainly the players are identified by nation in this list.
my lists look like this
->Folder with Game Name
- Player A (Nation)
- Player B (Nation)
...

so i would find a format like "game"_"nation"_"(starting) player" most helpful.. just my 2 Eurocents

I am a big lotr fan, thus the name Aragorn. For the civ I am normally the Germans or Greeks (I am half German half Greek). I don't mind switching to Aragorn of Greeks if you want to be Germans math.

I am headed to Las Pitas Honduras, near Choloteca in May for about 10 days, to build my Lord some new relationships & a church. That should be only time I am away, as far as I know.
