My appologies but I didn't participate in the discussion regarding the SL rules or had the time to read it so here are a couple of questions of mine:

So the first time you finish a *9 in a 2x2 it will be either
              0 of 3
              1 of 3
              2 of 3
              or
              3 of 3

              Next time it will be
              "X of 6"
Would that mean that the first on the PG gains 2 points and the second 1? Or would that mean something else? I thought only the first one would gain 2 points for his team. Perhaps that's why in the summery.pdf there is a double entry for gaining 1 point for leading at the *9 in 1x1

The 2nd round game is revenge for the 1st. But since its started its started no troubles. Go ahead.
So there will be second rounds in all 1x1 games with the same opponents? That would be 16 games in total?

                almost !
the winning TEAM gets 2 match points, but at each *9 turn, the leading PLAYER gets 2 tie-breaker points and the second PLAYER in power graph still gets 1 tie-breaker point.

So there will be second rounds in all 1x1 games with the same opponents? That would be 16 games in total?
since each team consists of 2 players, in "round" 1 one player of one team plays another player of the other team, and in round 2 its just the other way around with each previous player's partner doing the 1x1 battle.

so assume that in a 1x1 game of round 1 you are playing versus me, in round 2 your partner, BirdMan, would play my partner, ricketyclik.

so all additional games for you in round 2 would be that number of games that your partner BirdMan was playing in round, so that the total number of 1x1 games for you during the season is still only once for each other team.

I only hope that Max uses the PBEM Mod in all his 1x1 games
I'll wear my viking hat if you do

                  Thanks for the help Math

Keygen, I know you're on some kind of time constraint, and I think gumpold is playing Bird in our 1x1 vs. so if you want to, we can track down the round 2 set-up requirements and then go from there at getting it started now. (And yes, I'll be happy to use the fast-start mod. )

                        Mathemagician vs. David42One

Math still slightly in the lead.

                          as a note:
one turn after that, David exceeded me on the power graph for the first time since turn counts.

Yes the player in the lead gets 2. The next highest gets 1. If both of these players are on the same team, the team ends up with three points for that *9. If the 1st player is on one team and the 2nd player on the other then it is split; 2 for one team and 1 for the other.

I thought only the first one would gain 2 points for his team. Perhaps that's why in the summery.pdf there is a double entry for gaining 1 point for leading at the *9 in 1x1
I don't exactly understand you here, which summary post file are you refering to?

So there will be second rounds in all 1x1 games with the same opponents? That would be 16 games in total?
Actually its only eight 1x1 games per team per round.
                            (four per player per round)

The way we set it up is that each player plays only 1/2 of the teams in the 1st round. They play the other 1/2 of the teams in the 2nd round. So you are playing four of the teams this round and the The Birdman is playing the other four. In the 2nd round you play the four that Birdman is playing in this round and he plays the ones you are playing in this round.

Further more. The people that are actually playing in the 2nd round for a given pair of teams are not the same people.

So after I beat The Birdman in the 1st round. It will be up to you to get revenge against the Spys by beating Nimrod in the 2nd round.

In principle you could already start your game with Nimrod. But this is discouraged since we will need to spread out the 1x1's so that they don't all finish too long before the 2x2's finish, and it kind of defeats the revenge aspect we had in mind. (Math was the author of the revenge Idea, but I like it anyway )
If it ain't broke, find a bigger hammer.

Well I posted it once but I was trying to conceal it now so that folks wouldn't start them yet.

It's easy to tell what will happen though. For example, you have a 1X1 with Ricketyclik in this round. That means you won't be playing ELF in the 2nd round. For the 2nd round, Gumpold will play Math.
