does Dale's map have any connection to Gary's map?

Check this thread too for our latest map generation: http://apolyton.net/forums/showthrea...threadid=95350
The point about Dale's map is it's really big. Each pixel maps to one square. I don't know how big a map can be in Clash in terms of playability and performance.

I, as you know, like "really big".

I don't know either how "too big" or "unplayable" is defined for this game... is there any way of testing out a few sizes?

I'd also like to ask if the map generator will allow for any kind of simulation of plate tectonics - and the chains of volcanoes, and earthquakes associated with them - when each map is generated?

        thus:

...just soes that earthquakes and volcanoes aren't just random, and civs can avoid faultline zones if they want to. It might be (mildly) exciting to have a city fall into the sea, or a krakatoa event with global pollution, affecting the behaviour of other civs...?
