People of the Hackerlands-- I just wanted to thank you for all your efforts. Through your hard work we shall soon complete a new special project known as the Cyborg Factory. This allows mechanical enhancements to be added to our new military equipment. Already we are seeing increases in the morale of our troops as they test their gleaming new equipment

The hope is that this improvement will lead to greater safety and security for all Hacker people

" Yes sir. You have seen the studies. Our population is quite literate and whizzes on the computers but most of them are out of shape. Frankly sir we have a nation of computer nerds. I wouldn'y like our chances if the general population ever had to fight an invader. We have already seen that they are quite vulnerable to those mindworm thingies"

"And this will help?"

" Yes sir! The new mechanized enhancements will enhance troop performance by 25%. With that we can have a small, mobile elite type force which can protect the greater population"

well I didn't do anything too interesting except go back to planned and build the CF. The question is what you are planning to do with all those units of yours?? Your pactmates can now see what I mean about your large numbers of crawlers, formers and probes

Why, I'm using those formers and crawlers to manufacture the huge numbers of consumer goods that show up in all you guy's base screens as trade with the drones! I think YOU especially benefit of this arrangement, dear Hackerflub.
And you know very well that I only have a token defense force, so skip the propaganda already

As for the DEFENSIVE probe teams, you have proven time and time again that they are sorely needed.

Congratulations on your building the CF, which was of course nothing but expected. I'm curious to see what you will follow up with

Well I did have my eye of the Ascent to Transcendence

NO seriously though-- The CF is a nice SP but its nowhere near as good as the CBA. The extension of air units ranges can be huge with the CBA

Not really propoganda or even misleading since I cited your formers, crawlers and probes. Last time I checked you still had more of all of these than me.

I also have a token defense force but I doubt that would stop you from telling people I am a threat.
