nope. i think we can do nothing but wait. he warned as ahead that he might lose interest for a week... or maybe something bad happened? this came extremely unexpected

mailed him again just now.

at least, since all of us are in more than 1 pbem on poly (not smax in my case though) we will be around when he eventually returns ("when" and "eventually"... too much optimism there? i hope not)

Could be . . . BUt the usual thing to do would be to post here saying there was a planned absence for a few days.
