The Consiousness Grand Logical Governing Committee (CGLGC) after analysis of faction growth rates, decided that the honourable Gaian factions was growing at too fast a rate and was in danger of overrunning the planet.

The CGLGC sent a correction party to the Gaian capitol and reports back indicate that they have made an impact with the Gaian ruling council.

It is unclear whether by accident or as a gift gesture to influence the CGLGC but the Correction party has been given control of a entity called the Virtual world.

Of course, any excuse about growth rates is garbage, since the seas are the perfect antidote to the only penalty the CyCon suffers. Even land is sufficient, as I demonstrated in Uncharted Waters.

Well, in part, you did since you forced me to think out my turn.
In part, I did since I'm pretty tired recently and even if a turn arrived right now, I'd put it off until I feel better.
In part, the Hive may be slowing down Hobbes's turns quite a bit.
