As per Darsnan's specifications...
- Huge Map, 80-90% ocean
- starting positions would be "archapeligos" (as opposed to the traditional open water starting positions for seafaring Factions)
- Sea Monoliths
- Sea Boreholes (pre-built, accessibility varies)
- Subs available w/ Doc: Init
- Carriers available at Doctrine Initiative. (Heh, my own discretion. Hope you find them useful there!)
- 4 human players
- beefed up AI's: AI have boosted faction properties, bonus starting units, a small number of satellites, boosted starting positions. They are also inclined towards cooperation. Be very aware that in the high-nutrient environment of this game that they expand like crazy after filling their home archipelagoes. I strongly advise putting a landbase on the islands that are yours.

All of you begin with 3 sea colony pods and a few other units. In addition to your normal beginning techs you each have Doctrine: Flexibility. Darsnan, I hope you won't mind me taking the liberty of selecting your Uni free tech.
A final note: I temporarily gave one of the AI orbital spaceflight in order to add satellites. Though taken away again, this AI is apparently able to build Planet Busters.
As the CMN, I do not see this as being a problem. Perhaps it is even an opportunity.
