This is the turn tracking thread for the SMAX PBEM "Uncharted Waters". Players in order are as follows:
Net Warrior (Drones)

AI's are Sparta and Hive
Each player will start with one CP, 2 Speeder CP's, 3 scouts, and 3 Rover Formers (note Googlie starts with aquatic versions instead)
Premise for the game: just before the breakup of the Unity, it was reported by a young communications officer named Roze that both the Spartans and the Hive downloaded several technologies from the main onboard computer. Before Captain Garland could launch an investigation, he was assasinated, and the Unity sabotaged, stranding the remnants of the mission on the strange surface of Planet.
Now everyone must start anew, with much trepidation, as well as many unanswered questions: for just what were the Spartans and Hive up to? Are they working together, or are they continueing their feud now on Planet's surface? This and much more the Unity survivors will have to navigate in these uncharted waters....
Other items of interest: this game includes a new unit called a "Q Ship". Googlie had brought this concept up a few months ago whereby a cargo ship doubled as an attack vessel. The specs for the Q Ship are as follows:
Chassis: Foil
Transport: 3
Armour: none
Speed: 3
Weapon: Psi
Of interest about the Q Ship: its a good little self-defending pod popper, able to attack IoD's and Sealurks if encountered. However because the Q Ship only has a range of 3, why Sealurks and IoD's can disengage. Q Ships cannot bombard, and the unit cannot be modified, either.
About the AI's: they have been given satelites in order to compensate for their lack of crawler usage. I have also gifted the Spartans the Ghost Secret Project of the Bulk Matter Transmitter (+2 Minerals every base), and the Hive gets the GSP of the Longevity Vaccine (less drones/ more profits). The AI's have also been given some other goodies as well, as alluded to above. FYI.
