hmm-- I don't recall the votes but if I do have 66 votes and am not a candicate thats quite a bug. It screws me out of any chance to win the election

Well I was not a candidate in my turn as well despite clearly having the second most votes at that point. Very clearly a bug. I went back and looked and in 2180 I could call an election where I was a candidate. I even voted for myself.
Gang clearly we need to go back and replay a turn since something is very wrong here. As it stands, wormking will would win the election and he should not even be a candidate. I don't even get a shot at it even though clearly I should.
MY suggested solution would be for tras to replay 2180, call the election and see if it plays out right. OK I called the election just one part-turn before tras did in 2180 and voted for myself. I renamed the turn by adding "elect" as a suffix to avoid confusing this with the prior turn that went by. Since I was a candidate in tras previous turns, I expect THAT will continue. But I am hoping that the fact that I have votes now will prevent the game from eliminating me as a candidate.
