I don't have a problem with someone needing a week off. (I will need to beg the group's indulgence on that point a couple of weeks from now--July 14 through 23--when I take a group of boys to scout camp.) I do, however, think I'm entitled to be disappointed that Yoda didn't think we were worth a specific notice.

Agreed. I guess it was just bad luck that his post didn't stay near the top very long and we all missed it. Sometimes a post will remain near the top for days.
