Thank you, Foreman. Have you been neglecting your intelligence or is there a special reason that the Cybernetic Consciousness did not receive any Free Drone attention regarding the Cyborg Factory?

Elsewhere on Chiron, the infamous Provost Zakharov of the University of Planet seems to have lost control of his previously loyal followers. Cybernetic officials expect a full scale University civil war.

(Players, please take your time to go over the University bases to see a prime example of poor base management (drone control)! Perhaps the Free Drones now have the chance to take control of some defecting University bases?)
