I've popped Applied Physics from a Pod,
and have conquered one AI.

We're nearing the combat phase of this game.
To this end, I'll get Industrial Economics from Colonyan,
Then give you three almost all of my technology.
Almost, being that I keep Applied Physics. Self-defence.

This tech pact has worked well,
but once we start busting out with Impact Rovers it's not too wise to remain pacted!
