Turn to Yoda. Hotmail account just for this turn, send my next turn normally. Actually, the modem is under warranty, so it's no real problem. What's funny is they called me today, tried to put me off till the 20th, and I blew a gasket when they wouldn't even let me pick up the modem and install it myself. Called a supervisor (call back was asking me are you sure you need a visit, and I asked what don't you understand about "lightning strike") and got much better service. It was irritating, I was trying to save THEM money. The most irritating thing was waiting for four hours until I found out they weren't coming. Sorry for the delay, too many 12 hour days in a row at work.
Turn 2170 passed to Smacksim.
BTW, I had to reload this save, just upgraded my laptop to a Dell and it crashed when I hit the save button. I don't know what the problem was.
