Wouldn't it be easier to just use the static leader pics from SMAC for now instead of transforming the Civ4 leaderheads? ...unless you mean you just change the names.

Anyway, static pics of the leaders from SMAC is easy to do, along with flags and such... Already basicly done it with Sandiego in the "playing around and learning" mod I am doing to help familiarize the how everything works.

So yes, we should start with the basics and easy stuff, and we can add to it and change later on. I am willing to help with the basic stuff.
