[C4:AC][Sounds] List of sounds in SMAC

Platypus Rex, and myself are interested in organizing sound files. Since he is not online, I create this thread instead.

Reasonable first step would be to list all sound files and their uses. I'll check technologies according to Darsnan's list.

they arnt that badly named as it is.

'planet buster' 'psi attack' are the sort of filenames in there. expand the names of the abrreviated file names,and its set

edit; and all the voices neatly correspond to their techs or buildings

actually its in .wav

well ok. but games ive edited,mp3 and wav are subsuitable. in any case,easy to convert. im not a music person and it would be no prob to convert them to mp3

im categorizing the voices\ folder now

half through,going out to lunch and when i get back ill finish it up

im using openoffice buts its compatiable with excel.if i need to ill convert it to excell here,but afaik it will work. i prefer openoffice to avoid microsoft products. i strongly recommend open office! [/antimicrosoft]
