    And as a prelude to the mod, why I have a freeware CVR player program. Its about 600kB zipped. If anyone is interested in a copy let me know and I'll E-Mail it.

        CVR player?

        Regarding the first design task - let's ask GFC if he can do it, but AFAIK Darsnan has expierence with graphics - he could be the main designer if noone more keen on that signs up.

              One of the tasks already listed is to go over all the files in SMAC's main directory and define what they do. These include many CVR files (or "caviar" files), which are small animation files of chassis, weapons, and a Prog walking. Either I casn go over asll these files myself, or if someone else is interested they can help.

                Sorry, confused you with someone....but, whom?

                I already made a proto of our civgroup icon, pls take a look at the 'civgroup' thread (no original letters were modified, only a '4' was created).

                Illu, when you make it, think of a several ideas, so we can choose..

                        wgabrie and I started playing PBEM's together in late 2001. I'll see about sending him a PM. I can see about sending Rubin a PM as well, as he recently posted some nice graphics work.

                                Ah yes, but Deirdre's emblem wraps the symbol of beauty within the embrace of a hard (and barbed!) steel!

                                The Wikimedia flower is naked and alone in cyberspace. Makes me think of that creepy cha Dawn fellow....
