I was thinking of modifying the factions in SMAC. How about this?
Believers : Free Rec Commons each base (Religious group less likely to have drones)
(Is there a way to have a faction have fewer drones?)
Hive : Give them Immunity :Efficency (The patches do this)
Gaians : Change Fungus nutriants from 1 to 2
and/or Fungus energy from 0 to 1
Morgans : Change pop limit from 4 to 5
(Getting Ascetic Virtues will make Morgans even with everyone else - except PKs)
The others : Extra scout & colony pod
(To compansate for other factions getting improvements)
