I believe Gallagher already modified the following lines:
#RESOURCEINFO
...
Base Square, 1, 1, 1, 0,
...
Recycling Tanks, 1, 0, 2, 0,
The AI's get a free pressure dome. So their HQs start with 2/1/3.
They also get a free former, so they should be able to farm some arid rolling squares and have size 2 bases while the human player is struggling with size 1.
If that is not enough of an advantage, how about giving the AI some ability to live off the fungus at the beginning, say 1-2-0?
