    Took me some 10/15 games to get to remember/understand about resource restrictions...
    Kept terraforming stuff and feeling frustrated for the missing production points

    There's just too many details to learn in this game, at start...

AFAIK, monoliths never naturally appear on the same tile as bonus resources, but the scenario editor can bypass that.

              I've never seen a monolith produce more than the 2/2/2. But then again, I've never had a monolith land on a river or anything...just plain old ground or arid ground.
