I'm playing Dee, it's quite doable using the honorable strategy of RUN AWAY! across the landbridge. Yang is my bestest friend in the whole world I even run Police State Planned so I can be just like him.

Zak has an enourmous burr up his butt, my god it's huge! I'm going to have to proberape him and swarm his bases with missile infantry to extract it so he can stop seething, Zak isn't even aware of the believer menance, he's in his own little world. Yang agrees that Zak is a huge jerk. I love Yang, he's so dreamy.

In other news:
Miriam might be building the PEG. I'm not sure .

Mim's infrastructure investment is excellent and her tech lead is good, she has Photon/Wave and magtube and stuff. But she seems to have trouble keeping her forces up to date. But it's hard to probe her due to her airforce...

My position is really secure now, the landbridge makes a really good chokepoint and the base securing it is garrisoned by about 20 units. In the other direction I have 3 bodyguards pacted to me =).

the alliance of GoodGuys started researching PSA before Miriam, but she had Orbital spaceflight and I was still 4 turns out... while Miriam was 2 turns from completing the HSA.

So operation ProbeRape was commenced upon the nearby believer base.

The first non-believer SP got built a few turns ago, the Naval yard thingy. Not quite a first choice SP but it'll prove essential in getting transports to her bases, I'll have to take her bases to keep up in tech...

(So far: Mim has 3 SP's, I have 5 SP's, I expect she'll never get another. Altough I took off the kiddy gloves and am exploiting the crawler upgrade and might let her take a base then keep it as a probery. I'll be using a heavy mineral strategy and building up a number of bases capable of cranking out a PB every 4, or I might build a dozen at once with the crawler upgrade cash in 4 prototype exploit. Or both. An opening volley of a dozen busters followed by a couple more every turn sounds good.)

No... I often play parallel games. This one is interesting because Miriam's behaivour changes quite a lot. The Uni game she stomped Lal and Dee right away and is running FM.

Also she is being weird with govoners I don't usually see AI's do that, is it something to do with giving the starting bases govoners? But it seems to help her game.

But with the Dee game I think I'll lose eventually... Mim IS mass producing Busters, everytime she busts all the AI's declare vendetta on her and she takes a whole heap of their bases before they sue for peace again. It wont take many bustings at all for her to completely eradicate all the other AI's except maybe Yang, who is fairly tough because he's Yang and I've been propping him up with tech. I'll probably continue playing at some point just to see what happens, but the AI turns are taking a good 20-30s and I'm not that patient.

It's nice being a faction i know how to control 2160ish and i've got around 160 pop, PTS, PEG, and in a turn the EG. Miriam called council last turn and won (she's got Lal and Santi as submissives) but with my growth rate at next election i'll be in charge.
Dee cancelled her pact with me a few turns ago, don't know why but miriam isn't killing her last base, despite the fact they're only at a truce.
Zak is pacted with me but i might kill him soon, he's got so few bases spread so far apart that i'll make better use of all that wasted land since i'm ahead of him in techs.
Morgan is treatied, he wants me to kill Santi.
Santi is a truce, she wants me to kill Morgan
Lal managed to get a base into that choke point you were talking about and miriams first units are starting to pour through, but if it's a meat grinder war she wants, then a meat grinder war she'll get !!!



ps, tried messing about with certain things this game, I ran FM as Hive for 10 turns to try out that police thing you said the factions have, seems rather poor, I was only getting an extra 10ec per turn and my techs in 4 rather then 6 turns then when i switched back to planned.

tried uni. its 2247 and i have PEG and VW and going to get PTS. 75ec\turn and research at 5 turns.when i get PTS i will be at 3\3 even with miriam SP wise
12 bases,13 crawlers(12 in prod)

im using a secret AI bug that probably isnt secret to completely nullicate the african believers core,so

have to get more bases tho
