It's the "crazy frog". If you haven't seen it, consider yourself lucky.

Way back, when God sent his plagues(do those sort of things always come in sevens?) to persuade the Pharao of Egypt to let the Jews leave, the "crazy frog" was intended to be the 8th plague. As the Pharao have had quite enough already the crazy frog was left to rest for centuries until it was unleashed upon us poor europeans. I'm not sure what we have done wrong but it must have been something bad

(It's a ringtone for cell-phones. The creator intended it to sound like a frog trying to start a scooter or something. Hilarious the first time but gets very quickly on your nerves )
