Buzzard man

Met this chap a few weeks back at a Summer fete at Stafford Castle, he was running a falconary display and had several birds on show.

I had a long old chat with him about his hobby and found in him a real spark of passion for his birds. Ive got his contact details somewhere, he invited me to go on a days hunting with him if I was keen, where I'd get the chance to fly this little beauty he's posing with for the camera here.

On top of the plate of smoked baltic herring is some vegetarian wraps, in the bowl is white chocolate mousse to go with the strawberries in the top right corner. We also brought a homemade potato sallad and an assortment of sausages (meat and veggie). And of course a lot of beer, wine and schnaps.
