Thanks to all those who have expressed well wishes for doing so.
None of the suggestions that have been raised in this thread to date, as to the reason for my absence, are correct but they range from the logical to the humourous (inane at times even).
Glad to see that Wouter has been serving you all well during my extended time away. I am on schedule to being back at the beginning of next month as planned.
