Vickie, HOI, and CK are all very similar to the EU's in gameplay, etc. Seeing as we dont have the level of activity to have seperate subforums about them it would seem to make more sense to group them with the EUs than to dump them with "other games"
OTOH, if the concern is with 'civishness' and not wanting to become a site for any old wargame, etc, I could see pushing HOI out (even though its perhaps the most populat of the above) But Vickie and CK are very much in the civ tradition of long period 4x games, in a historial setting, that go beyond any particular war, etc.
Also, note, over time features have been added by Paradox or by users to make possible continuity between the games. At this point you can go from CK to EU to Vicky, making a game with a decidely 'civish" time span.
