Congrats SlowThinker and Solver- great to see you both finally in the hall!
As for blurbs for coming voters, I cacn't say it's that great an idea simply for the reason that how do we fairly decide who can be written up or not? If you'd like to write a blurb and advertise in-thread, feel free, but as for the professional listings- I think we shouldn't push one poster over another, it antagonizes far too many people.
