I set the server time back an hour, which in turn affects the forums, so I'm not certain why there's this discrepancy. There was never this issue before that I can recall.

The email header says the server is set to the correct time, but the server thinks it is GMT-400, which then gets translated by an hour for EST.(\__/) Save a bunny, eat more Smurf!
