Dan reset the forum server, but notification emails are coming out with a timestamp behind by 1 hour.

I set the server time back an hour, which in turn affects the forums, so I'm not certain why there's this discrepancy. There was never this issue before that I can recall.

            /me looks at header

The email header says the server is set to the correct time, but the server thinks it is GMT-400, which then gets translated by an hour for EST.
