Top of Forums Pages Layout Changed

Following the trends of advertising we have reformed the top of the pages layout to fit 728x90 ads. Along with that the layout of the top menu has changed a bit in order to compensate the increase in the height of the top part

It looks rather messy. Two suggestions spring to mind:

1) Get rid of the hideous yellow-on-red-background emphasis on certain parts of the menu. Use ordinary bolding or capitals instead.

2) Re-align all rows of the menu to either the left margin or the center. As it is, the first three rows are left-aligned, while the last one is right-aligned.

My resolution is set to 1280 x 1024.

I have res set to 1024X and there is a horizontal bar at the bottom.

Current FF.
