I didn't see the need for a "non-U.S. time zone mod" when Urban Ranger was appointed, and I don't see it now.
Off Topic activity is comparatively very modest during the time when Ming & rah are offline, and so the need for additional moderating is virtually non-existant.
My suggestion would be to just stick with the two excellent mods we have already, and not bother taking any more chances. Once burnt, twice shy..Comment

The biggest time when a mod would probably be needed is on the weekends when Ming and Rah are out having fun, as opposed to just when they are asleep.

I, personally have never had a problem with UR. I think he's locked one of my threads, but there was a reason.
