And as been mentioned before, find a place without advertising. If the visitor has to click "skip ad" for each time he or she visits another page, they'll go away from the site very quickly, and they'll never come back

450 isn't a lot of visitors, a lot of the traffic comes from here because you asked us to see the site (not all who visits the site takes the time to respond)
Also when you're making a website, while having not much experience with it, you should start by go to many different professional websites and note what's good and bad about those sites.
A lot of the professional sites are low on graphics, so you don't have to be good at creating it to make a good websiteThis space is empty... or is it?

Simcity Region did have some people come back just not many. Simcity 4 anyway was on the downside by 2004, EA games took off and supported their new juggernaught, The Sims 2.
Now, right now I not interested in having people come back until the two nights before this game is released. I really don't have information to talk about like I don't who the Krox are, ONLY concept art.
Getting a foothold right now is important.

A quick look at your site makes me remember the personal web pages of the late 90's, and that is not a good thing mostly. Your front page is messy and very hard to the eye. Your page has had more than 400 visitors, yet not ONE post has been made in your forum, except your rules post(which you should expand btw if you want to have a well functioning forum).
All in all, I wish you good luck, but you have a long road to walk yet, and I recommend you to follow the above tips for web page making.Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.-Isaiah 41:10

Well, first of all: Make yourself some few and clearly defined goals of what you want to do with the site. Do you want to have a news section on the front page? I'd recommend you try having that. What other fields do you want to enter with this site? Try to think of what you would want to get from this site if you were to find it. What would be neccessary to get you to come back?
And remember: It's better to chew off little and have time and resources to take another bite, than chew off more than you can handle.Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.-Isaiah 41:10
