No. Podcasting is AFAIK older than iPod anyway.

ACSR Weekly has much higher production values than most podcasts.

I don't think so. It's only been going for a couple of years, since RSS has risen in prominence.

One thing's for sure from what I've read, it does not refer to iPod.
