    I suppose it depends on what you mean by usable.
    You can use html, but there are some things that the admin frown on.
    I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

                            The <STRIKE> and <S> tags are as deprecated as the <FONT> tag. Use the <del> tag instead, it's standards-compliant and shorter to boot.

                            Oh yes, and write it in lower case. The latest HTML standard (XHTML) requires tags to be in lower case.
