    BTW, that subforum with 16 million posts....

    Just imagine how huge it is. That means, if it's been around for less than a year, that there are nearly 2 million posts a month. Roughly 600,000 posts a day.


    Now, imagine this. There's a forum at the #2 site that is more than twice as big.

      That list makes me feel like far less of a dork. There is truly nothing more pathetic than a mammoth hebrew forum devoted to poor quality argentine television; or an anime roleplaying forum where more than half a million people talk about how they'd like to tentacle-rape sailor-suited schoolgirls. Compared to those guys we're the supercool studmuffins of the internet.

          400k post in one thread is indeed ridiculous. The ACW threads linked in my sig, which belong to the hugest at CFC, together have about a percent of that.
          Why can't you be a non-conformist just like everybody else?

                                Those forums near the top must be more akin to IRC than to a bulletin board. X-posts must be the rule rather than the exception.
