Is it just me, or does this thread read like a plea for more spam?
Why can't you be a non-conformist just like everybody else?

Looks like an unholy mix of 'Dora the Explorer' meets 'Harry Potter' meets 'Heidi'.

I think that opinion in the United States is decidedly different from the rest of the world because we have a free press -- by free, I mean a virgorously presented right wing point of view on the air and available to all.- Ned

I´ve no idea what´s "Dora the Explorer" but this... thing, is older than Harry Potter, 1995-2001.
It was about an orphan house with magic and stuff like that.

/me searchs info about Dora the Explorer...
Maybe you are rigth with that combination

The Israeli obsession with Cris Morena's products, I repeat, is disturbing. Perhaps they use it to persuade kids to join the army and kill Palestinians, where they'll never have to see Chiquititas and Rebelde Way ever again!

Some of those forums are mind-bogglingly immense. Take Gaia Online for instance.

It has 730 million posts. The largest single subforum has 16 million posts, and 400 000 of those are in a thread that's only three months old. The top posters have 50 000 posts, and there are roughly 660 000 members. The whole joint is only over a year old, the top poster with 52 000 hasn't even been there for a year. These people are spam machines compared to our own Deities.

Really puts things into perspective, Apolyton is the largest forum I frequent.

Indeed. I can't imagine the kind of servers some of the mind boggling sized forums are hosted on.

The 52000 posts by a single member isn't that ridiculous.

At Eventis I'm doing 50 a day, (probably closer to 80 or so if we compensate for downtime.)

                            He's only doing twice that.

However, the thread with 400,000 posts is ****ing insane.

400,000 posts. And I hate catching up on off-topic threads at Poly which have 100 posts .

It's safe to say you won't find me over there.
