Bears have doubled down on signing Jimmy Graham by releasing Trey Burton.
Assuming they process it after June 1, they will still owe Burton the last $4million of his guarantee but will save about $2.8million vs the cap.

Yeah, a 6'1" Pro Bowl CB in his prime. I know they have cap issues, but that was weird.

Thanks. He's good, but there's nothing wrong with Kicker they have already. From what I read, he's going to be a long range specialist who struggles some 40-49 yards. But they wouldn't wouldn't pay Byron Jones.

I see the Cowboys snagged Greg The Leg for 3 years. Great signing!

I agree. Who knows what could have happened if he was healthy

Y'all are probably right about Cam. I'm not a big fan of Nick Foles, but at least he has shown some football savvy.
Too bad McMahon kept getting beat up and suplexed into the turf.

Gotta agree with JR. CW is correct as well - it doesn't seem to matter who GM is. They can't find one that can pick a premier QB, especially one that can stay healthy.

Cutler? Even McMahon was better than Cutler.
I agree about Cam and his running.

I expect Cam has taken too much of a beating running the ball. I also expect the Bears to make the incorrect decision at quarterback. It's practically a universal law at this point. I mean their best qbs of all time are Cutler and Sid Luckman.

I think Cam has peaked. Foles was the safer option.
Bears need to make a solid QB draft pick, says the outsider.

Yeah, can't really do a medical exam in the time or Corona. Someone will end up getting Cam as a huge bargain.

I find Foles to be a logical, yet totally uninspiring, choice.

Seems there really wasn't interest in him due to injury history. Ankle, foot and shoulder.
