              Someone will . . . and he will have fine regular season numbers.

              Asher I was a bit surprised to see you take Vokoun so high. I know he will be number 1 on a very good caps team but with Neuvirth looking pretty darn good last year, I wondered if Vokoun would even get 50 starts. The Caps are a shoo-in for the playoffs so their goal would be to get him well rested and in good form for the playoffs while, at the same time, continuing to develop Neuvirth as much as they can.

              I had several goalies ranked higher, including Pekka Rinne.

                I don't think much of Nashville.

                Vokoun is a much better goalie than Neuvirth. He'll get a huge portion of the starts.

                Washington is playing to win. They've disappointed too many times.

                          I agree that Vokoun is great and a sv% of greater than >.920 would be no shock. But my fear with Vokoun is that the team playing to win will involve making sure he is well rested. Asher-- I am not saying he is a bad choice, I just tend to the guys that are more likely to get more starts

                            I know you separate your pool play from your personal feelings but I would have enjoyed your contortions if you felt obligated to pick Luongo.
