Romo had 15.29 points and went up in value $2.21.Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

quite different then the ESPN one last year where nobody really moved much in value for the first 4 weeks.
And Rivers had only 14.55 (fewer than Romo) but went up more. $2.28.Last edited by rah; September 15, 2011, 09:32.It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

Those prices fluctuate (Generally up) throughout the year, and you get to keep the price until you change the player (but you don't get to profit by selling them). Points are accrued as in regular fantasy. Most points for whole season = winner (no H2H or anything).
It seems that prices going up can't help you, as when you sell a player, you get them for the purchase price, but have to buy the new player at the higher price. Every change you make will almost always give you a worse player (lower value) as a result won't it?

Basically. I am surprised at some of the changes. I've seen players that had bad weeks go up in price a couple of bucks. It will make bye weeks more difficult. It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

Yes... it will make the bye week decisions "interesting"
Also, if you didn't jump on one of the studs early, they will now be out of most people's price ranges unless they gut their team to make changes.
This is still far better than the ESPN league last year when every player on your roster was a stud.
The trick to this league is having a solid core of stars from the beginning, and then catching a few rising starts during the season.
You can't just change your team every week to take advantage of match ups.
And injuries can be a real killerKeep on Civin'

Good luck now that almost everyone is 2 bucks higher.
I couldn't even afford to resign my crappy quarterback since he's gone up so much. It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

Somewhere around mid-season, they do a "reset" week where prices drop across the board. But until then, you have to search for bargains if you want to make a change with upper tier talent. I made a QB change this week and while it cost me, I'm really glad I didn't wait another week.Apolyton's Grim Reaper 2008, 2010 & 2011
