You have a budget and can buy any player under that budget. So $200M, you buy
Brees - $40M
APete - $50M
MForte - $20M
LFitz - $30M
ABodlin - $15M
TGonz - $10M
SGost - $5M
Ravens D/ST - $30M
Those prices fluctuate (Generally up) throughout the year, and you get to keep the price until you change the player (but you don't get to profit by selling them). Points are accrued as in regular fantasy. Most points for whole season = winner (no H2H or anything).<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.
