      I'm assuming the BAPAY is a WR. In that case, it looks to be Stevie Johnson.

          Oh I didn't realize the rules of BAPAY changed. It used to go off of last year, and that seems to be the case in IDP. In that case it was Stevie Johnson. Now, it's Wes Welker.

                            It cascades - if Sloww wants Welker, he says so as Jaguar noted in his post, then Ozzy can [provisional-Sloww's pick] if he wants, etc. etc.
