NFL - Are You Ready For Some Football?! - Off Season
This just seems to be a strange year. I don't think it's just me. Is it just me?
Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

He also hates Texans and Australians, he does diversify." ~ Braindead
Er, so Moss gets credit for finding out the grass isn't always greener faster than most?

I thought he learned that in Oakland?
It's so odd that 2 of the greatest WR's of all time have floated around to so many teams.

"I have nothing against Wilson, but he's nowhere near the same calibre of QB as Flutie. Flutie threw for 5k+ yards in the CFL." -Ben Kenobi
I don't find it odd. They (assuming you mean TO as the other) both have reps as prima donnas and locker room poison. And taught Junior Pudwhacks like Brandon Marshall and Vincent Jackson that this is how a great WR should behave.
I really hope some 2-5 run-first team claims Moss, plays him every down and uses him only for blocking and decoy work. Put him on special teams, too. I know it won't happen, but a man can dream...
Guess I should just be happy that Minnesota lost a 3rd rounder in the deal.

I've said it before with regards to Chad Ochocino to Sloww, but I don't get the whole negativity towards these WR's that some of you have. I mean, granted Moss did have some weed issues [which did not result in a criminal conviction] and he had a dating violence allegation that also did not result in any charges, but for the most part, Moss isn't a real trouble-maker. And I have never heard Terrell Owens have any non-NFL-related controversy around him or allegations of him doing anything improper.
There are actual criminals in the NFL who have killed people (Stallworth) and been accused of killing people (Ray Lewis), have been tied with drug deals (Jamal Lewis), etc. Why all the huffing and puffing about the TO's, Randy Mosses, and Ochocinco's who, by all accounts*, have been nothing but upstanding citizens, despite their locker-room and on-field antics.
*exception made for the relatively minor Randy Moss issues.
Maybe the Bears will sign him That's actually not all that far-fetched, actually.

This has nothing to do with criminal behavior. My biggest problem with these guys is their unwillingness to honor the contracts they sign and their disregard for team. They disrespect the game that has made them rich.
Randy Moss only plays to his full ability when he damn well feels like it. See his Oakland file.
Terrell Owens sows dissension on previously cohesive teams. See SF, Philly, Dallas (though he's much better behaved the past couple years).
I'm well aware of the whole "short career, cash in while you can" thing, but for guys like Randy and Terrell, that stopped applying long ago. I'm also aware that massive ego is part of being great. But it should not come at the expense of your team.
Of course, they are free to do as they wish, just as I am free to find some of their actions extremely annoying.

Minor issues? Moss tried to run over a cop with his car.
He was not charged with any crime.

The point is the Justice System decided he had not committed a crime! I mean, really, what more do you want? He didn't commit any crime.

This is why Ocho Cinco is the best. He's an entertaining headcase.

This just in... Randy Moss has made his decision. He is signing with the Miami Heat
