Irrelevant to the decision. I don't think Fisher expected anything necessarily out of Collins, anyway, as much as he wanted to get Young out of the fire and let him settle down before things snowballed too far. Still, when (Bears LT) Chris Williams went down with a hammy after one series, it looked like it would be a long day for the Bears. Great job by Tice coaching up a makeshift line. Seemed like after those consecutive quick routes to Hester and Olsen in Q2, the Boys pulled in their horns a bit. Cutler got hit a lot, but somehow only got sacked once. Kept his cool and actually didn't throw into triple coverage even once.
The Cowboys clearly have the better talent, but the Bears committed to stopping the run, and the turnovers went their way this week. The Kool-Aid will be flowing tonight in Chicago!Apolyton's Grim Reaper 2008, 2010 & 2011

I disagree, JRabbit, the Cowboys are an over-hyped mediocre team. Their offensive line is terrible, their secondary is atrocious (Cutler had a Tom Brady stat-line and was extremely accurate, shocking for Cutler), and their playcalling is predictable. A flashy QB, receivers, and a stable of RB's none of whom have the talent to be clear cut starters, do not make a team.
