Not only. SKA St. Petersburg is also a Red Army's team. The only destiniction in two abbreviations is the letter "C", which stands for "Central", while SKA stands for "sport club of army".
CSKA is the same brand for ministery of defense as Dynamo for ministery of internal affairs. They have SKA (CSKA) and Dynamo teams in all kinds of sports, not only in hockey (except hockey more notable teams are Dynamo Moscow and CSKA Moscow football clubs) and everywhere in Russia. And not only in Russia. For example Dynamo Kiev is the leading Ukranian football club, though it's not related to the Russian MIA anymore of course, but it's still a brand).

I'm so sorry this is happening to you, Serb.
