I kind of like these proposed divisions...
The biggest problem seems to be that Wisconsin and Iowa wouldn't play every year with these divisions, but I'm unsure of how big a deal that actually is to both fanbases.
From the perspective of a Nebraska fan, playing Penn State, Michigan and Iowa every year is pretty much the dream scenario as far as potential rivals go. PSU and Michigan fans already have reason to hate Nebraska (and vice versa), while Iowa fans are already busy convincing themselves that getting destroyed by the Huskers in the final week of the season is the best thing for them. Should be fun.
