It would be great to watch Nebraska kick the **** out of Texas in the Big 12 title game, but it's not going to happen since Oklahoma is going to beat Texas next week.

Floyd: 3 SEC teams is not likely, and only possible if Alabama and LSU are #3 and #4 in the final BCS rankings (according to BCS rules and the #4 team if not an auto qualifier has to jump through more hoops) and considering Alabama will likely lose to Florida in the SEC Championship Game... won't happen.

Better possible BCS Games assuming your preconditions (Texas runs the table, Florida beats Alabama in the SEC Champ game):

National Championship: 1) Florida vs. 2) Texas
Rose Bowl: Pac 10 USC vs. Big 10 Ohio State
Orange Bowl: ACC Virginia Tech vs. at large Oklahoma
Fiesta Bowl: (Big 12 - Texas Replacement) Boise State vs. at large Miami (or Oregon)
Sugar Bowl: (SEC - Florida Replacement) Alabama vs. at large Cincinnati

As Florida would be 1 and Texas 2, Sugar Bowl gets first chance at replacements, then Fiesta, and then it goes Orange, Fiesta, Sugar as mandated.

Yeah, you know the system better than me. I just thought a Battle of the Undefeateds would be fun - Boise St. vs Cincy.

I also think either LSU or Bama has a decent shot at beating Florida in the SEC Title Game - Florida can't win forever, IMO. Then again, I'll grant you that UT has a decent shot at losing against either OU or OKST, and a 1 loss UT does NOT play in the National Title Game, although PROBABLY get an At Large BCS bid.

But Drake, there's no way in hell UT wins out to the Big 12 Title Game the loses to Nebraska. That just ain't gonna happen.

Boise State vs. Cincy is entirely possible, but I bet the Fiesta (which really is the only Bowl where it would happen) will take a more bankable team. Miami, if they are in the Top 10 is always money, and Oregon is close to Arizona for a lot of fans to take the trip.

It always comes down to money. It sucks, but I guess you're right.

If UT plays like it did against Colorado or Wyoming, they won't beat Nebraska or Oklahoma. The latter teams actually play defense.

UT played pretty good defense against Wyoming - their points came off of Special Teams blunders. As for Colorado, I am pretty sure that UT was simply lazy in that game. We will show up against Oklahoma. Colt McCoy will have a huge game, and outperform Bradford. OU simply isn't that impressive this year, having lost to both BYU and Miami.

Both of which were one-point losses. In which Bradford was injured. Against teams that are far better than any Texas has played so far this season.

Which, of course is the important part. Bradford is back to full health now and OU will be a totally different team as a result.

I'm not sure about "totally different"; Bradford coming back doesn't make OU's offensive line any better. Texas' O-line got pushed around by the Colorado D, however, so I'm not sure either team is going to have an advantage in that department.

I know Imran has already corrected other aspects of DF's BCS predictions, but I want to point out one other thing that you might not know, David. And, again, it comes down to cold hard cash.

Only one non-automatic qualifying team is guaranteed a BCS bowl if they finish in the top 12, no matter how many non-AQ teams end up in that list. Boise State and TCU could both go undefeated, could both finish in the BCS top five, and only one would go to a BCS bowl.
