Auction results are interesting when you factor in the H2H results... 1,5,4,t2,6,t2,7,8 ... my team just got blown out an awful lot, during a stretch where a lot of my players were injured (around the all-star break). Sigh. A classic example of a very good on paper team just collapsing under its own weight...

The regular draft had a much more balanced result, with the top 4 teams finishing in the top 4, and my team again being the significant mover - this time up, to 8th from t11th [last!], largely due to a *lack* of injuries.

Already have. However, we don't update the Hall of Fame until the playoffs are over, so we have a playoff winner and a regular season winner in one post.

            Damn, its over already?

And 8th place was the cut off for the playoffs? Argh. I missed it by half a game?!

Worse yet, if I had ONE more run last week I might have made it in. Grr.

No, fourth place was the cutoff. 8th was the cutoff for the consolation brackets.

I'm just amazed the Capybaras made it thru the season with a largely intact pitching staff, and a competitive one at that. I think we learned something by that, we dont really need an even number of people. With just a little effort from a commish to keep a team's line up active we could (smart) bapay a team and still have a decent league.

If you wanna wait for the playoffs Imran, thats fine. Or you could just edit in the play offs when they're done. dont matter either way, whatever is easiest...

Berz, I'd like to just do it once for both leagues, so I'll put both in once the fantasy playoffs are concluded.

Very close battle for the second finals spot in Daily ... 6-6 with only CHC-STL to play; a HR by Derrick Lee or Skip Schumacker could change the outcome either way, or a good K/9 result from Adam Wainwright could give Sparta BC the win; while Schumacker having a superior OBP outing with D Lee having a weak outing would swing it to the KittyKats.
ERA is the tiebreaker, by the way, so the KittyKats win if all things stay as they currently are.
