He should be allowed to. Now whether an owner want to take that chance, of if fans don't want to cheer him, that's their choice. But I will have to agree that if he comes back and is a winner, he'll get cut some slack.
But if he comes back and is mediocre or sucks, he's going to take a crap load of abuse, which will be deserved.
    If not worse?

    They have done worse.

The only reason I think the Cowboys might be in play is Jerry Jone's infatuation with high-profile players and the publicity they generate. But maybe Pacman and TO have cured him.

Yeah, I hope he doesn't go to cleveland.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

          For now, yes.

If you didn't notice, over the course of the offseason he got rid of most of the problem children.

I will be shocked if Goodell clears him to play this year.

              He'll clear him.

If he doesn't, he pretty much victimizes him in the eyes of a lot of people.

It'll be 4 games or so for lying and that's it.

I don't think he's going to be a QB, no matter where he goes.

If a team really wants him, all they have to do is wait for the Falcons to bail. There is no way the Falcons will keep him under the current suspended contract.

If he can still run, I can see him as a Wildcat QB, not a starting QB.

At least 10 teams have a "questionable" QB... While he might not be the best QB, if he can back to somewhat of his old form, he's better than some of the really bad QB's

He'll naturally end up in Cincinnati, just as most other NFL player-criminals do.
