It has nothing to do with that

It's just about picking what benefits you most ... a top TE and a crappy third RB, or a good third RB and a mediocre TE. In this league, perhaps the latter is better...

I've always wondered why you guys do the draft this way instead of using the on-line tools?

It gets quite tedious figuring out who is left when we get into the teens on picks.

With the on-line tools, it tells you who is left and even ranks them for you.

It is nice to see the draft like this, more interactivity, but we could have used the tools and posted the ongoing resuslts here anyway. Just me 2 cents worth.

explain, what tools and where? I know we can input partial draft results to remove the chosen players and thats a big help with bapays but thats about it.

Okay I don't know exactly how yahoo works, but on the other sites I've played, the GM starts the draft on the site, you can only pick players that have not been picked yet and the rankings on the site will reflect that. You can also see the draft list and other teams if you like, similar to this, just makes it easier when you get down to the last few.

I guess I thought all the FF sites were like that. The GM can time the draft to BAPAY to any time he wants.

Yahoo lets you either do a live draft, or nothing, unfortunately... (or autopick but that is dumb)

SC, yahoo allows us to input our picks as we go along and those players do disappear from our options. Sounds like the same thing to me... But the commish has to input our picks from time to time.

You can also use the draft tool for the autopick draft (where you input your rankings ahead of time) to accomplish roughly the same thing.
