Basically ties are broken like this (let's see if I get this right):

Goal difference:
Goals scored:
Other stuff(?)

If there's a three way tie, Italy wins if they manage to score at least one goal. (Because at that point they'll have 2 goals against Romania and France.) If Italy fails to score against France, Italy and Romania are tied, so it goes to goal difference.

If Romania loses by 2 or less, and Italy-France go 0-0, Romania goes through.

I personally wish they'd ditch that head-to-head stuff in three-way ties right now and go straight to goal difference. Not that I'm biased or anything.

4) The 4 teams finishing second in their group in the first round.
5) The scores for each match.

Scoring System
1) 10pts for predicting the European Champion, 3pts if they are runner-up.
2) 10pts for predicting the tournament top scorer, 3pts if they are runner-up.

3) 5pts for predicting the winners of each group. 2pts if they actually place second.
4) 5pts for predicting the second placed teams in each group. 2pts if they actually place first.
